PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the Cost Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself in Australian Dollars and includes 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). In addition you agree to pay the delivery charges specified at the time you submit your Order.

ORDERS
You may place an Order by following the instructions on the Website. Your Order will be submitted by completing payment details and pressing the “Complete Order” button. Orders will be deemed to have been received by Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd at the time Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd sends an Order confirmation to your nominated email address.

Each Order (once accepted) represents a separate Agreement incorporating the terms of that Order.
Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd reserves the right to not accept Orders that request commercial quantities of Goods.

Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd will use its best endeavours to supply Orders placed through the Website, however Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any Order without notice for any reason.
In event of a cancelled Order, any payments processed by Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd will be promptly refunded.

Customers who wish to cancel an Order must notify Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd at mailto:stacey@clevelandpublishing.com.au by 9am on the next business day following the date of Order, quoting the Order reference number.

You acknowledge that the Internet can be an unstable and, sometimes, insecure marketplace. At times the Website may not be available, or Orders may not be processed or may not be accepted for reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd will accept orders from any country, there are no export restrictions. However, the postage and handling will be calculated on an individual basis depending on the country of origin.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd will advise the customer within 4 business days if an item purchased is no longer available or if there are any delays in delivery.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RISK AND TITLE IN THE GOODS
Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to your nominated domestic delivery address within 5-7 working days using the standard service of Australia Post. Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd will use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to your nominated international delivery address within 2-3 weeks using the standard air service of Australia Post. However Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.
Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated delivery address.

DAMAGED GOODS
Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd will use its best endeavours to repair or replace any faulty goods, or goods damaged prior to delivery.
Damaged goods will be replaced (at the discretion of Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd) or where replacement of damaged goods is not possible (in the opinion of Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd) a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods.
All damaged goods must be returned to Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd at your own expense.

RETURNS
Other than in accordance with the “Damaged Goods” clause, Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd will only accept the return of Goods that have been supplied incorrectly, or vary from their description on the Cleveland Publishing Company Pty Ltd Website.
